You will be solely responsible for these shipping costs and will not be reimbursed once shipping is complete.

Orders can sometimes take 1-3 days to process after order is placed before shipping.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping companies, their package delivery speeds, or any changes or decisions they make.

 Receive information error

We strongly encourage you to check your payment and shipping information carefully before placing your order, as once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or make any changes any for your order.

However, in some cases the order cannot arrive at your address due to the information you provided being incorrect, we are not responsible for this package.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received it or if the tracking number doesn’t work, don’t worry. Please contact us and we will solve it!

Unexpected delay

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Most of these delays are due to international customs processing, which we have no control over. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation
