Refund conditions

– Products no more than 15 days from the date you receive the goods from us

– The product is unused, unwashed and undamaged.

– Has labels, packaging and purchase invoice

– Products and accompanying gifts (if any)

Transport fee

Returned products will incur a standard shipping fee of $6.99

In case the error is due to you or due to the customer’s objective needs, you must bear all shipping costs when returning and these costs will not be refunded.

In case of technical error or loss from the store, we will bear shipping costs for you.

Method

After receiving the goods, you should review our return conditions to make a decision. Then you contact us about your needs via email or phone number. Once we receive your request and confirm your eligibility for an exchange, we will check the inventory status and notify you.

Products damaged due to your or the carrier’s fault will not be returned

Carriage

Immediately after confirming and agreeing to return and delivery. We will send you an email to notify you of the shipping process. Delivery time is within 7-15 days, please check your email and wait for the delivery date.

Refund method (if any)

All returns will be processed through your credit account or original payment method and the transaction will be processed within a certain number of days. Please wait.

Change order

Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

– The order has been placed successfully but the product has not been received on time

– The product you receive is used or damaged

– The product is not delivered according to the order

– Within 15 days from the date you receive the goods from us.

– The product is unused and not damaged due to your fault

– Storage packaging, invoice and accompanying products (if any)

Transportation costs

If it is our fault, we will fully bear the shipping costs for the return.

If it is your fault then these costs must be borne by you and we will deduct them from the refund amount.

Refund method

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.

Note: This refund will deduct shipping costs if the return is for your reasons.

Late refund

If after the notification date you still have not received the money, do not worry but check your account again because it may be due to an error in the banking system that has not been updated. If not, after checking and waiting you still have not received the goods, please contact us for assistance.
